Dear Family; My name is Emre . I am 22 years old. I was born in Ankara on 1984. Since then I have been living with my family. First at all, I would like to tell about my family. My mother whose name is Fatma is a housewife and 43 years old. My father is called Ahmet. He is 50 years old and he is a retired but he is real estate agent now in Ankara. I have a three sister and a brother. Three of them have married (two sisters and my brother). Especially, my sisters and my brother are the most important advantage of my life because we generally have similar problems and we can help eachother easily so, we are close friends. My sister whose name is Merve going to just primary school. I have to say that by the help of their support I decided to be an au-pair. I have five sweet nephews. They grown up fast. I like to spending time with them. We go to the park, theatre and cinema. I pick up them from school and do their home works with them. Secondly, I want to tell about me. We living in Ankara. I have graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Communication and Department of Journalism. I was member of my department club. We published newspaper and a lot of magazines, organized panels, went to theater and cinema. Also in my summer terms I was under training in a television called CNN TURK as correspondent in news desk for a month in 2004. That was instructive and amusing times form me. While I was going to school, I was also working in some organization companies and I am still working with them. We organize festivals for children; cocktails, meetings for companies. In Turkey, 23th April is an important date for children. On these days schools, fields, streets are full of childrens and their parents. They dance, sing, race with together, children dress colorful clothes which are prepared for this days. I like spending time with children. According to me, they are the most beatiful existence who can help you to feel relax with their lovely smile. During my university years, I looked after my sister, my sweet nephews, and our neighbors children when they had to go out and I helped them with their exams and lessons. Lastly I would like to tell about my hobbies and characteristic. I like to read and write. I can never live without them. I have a great interest in literature. I want to be a good journalist-writer when I come back to my country. Listening to music, going to theater, especialy traveling, walking are my hobbies. In sum, I believe that it would be a good experience for me to live with you. And a great chance to improve my english level by practising. Because without a capability of speaking English it has no worth to know foreign language. Also, I hope that it will be useful for me when I return to Turkey. Lastly I will be pleased to accept me as a friend and au-pair of your child and also a new member of your family. I think a year that I am going to spend with you will be the most enjoyable ones that I have ever had. I feel excited when I think of you and looking forward to hearing from you. Best regards… EMRE
